Per-Qualification of providers for supplies, services and works for the financial year 2023-2024
Climate Action Network Uganda is in the process of procuring service providers for various goods and services for the financial year 2023/2024. This is to request eligible companies with the following qualifications to express interest for per-qualification for the various goods, services and works.
1. Profile of the company
2. Certificate of registration
3. Tax clearance certificate
4. Trading license
5. VAT certificate
6. Memorandum and articles of association
7. Bank details corresponding with the company name
Categories
Category 1 Supplies
- Supply of office stationery and tonners
- Supply of desktops, laptops, and computer accessories, projector
- Supply of agricultural inputs and tools
- Supply of seedlings
- Supply of IEC materials (Branding, Wears, bulk printing, etc)
- Supply of office furniture and fittings
- Supply of office consumables, and toiletries
Category 2 Works
- Plumbing works
- Electrical works (including supply, repair and mechanical installation works)
Category 3 Services
- Provision of hotel and conference facilities
- Provision of catering services
- Provision of medical insurance, travel insurance and flight handling
- Provision of engraving services
- Provision of motor vehicle hire services
- Provision of repair of office furniture and services
- Provision of media services (radio, TV)
- Provision of ICT services including soft wares, website hosting
- Provision of security and guarding services
How to Apply:
- Write a letter expressing interest for any category of interest
- Attach necessary qualifications
- Submit copies to can@can.ug
- Hard copies should be delivered to Plot 842 Lugolobi Close, Sempagala Zone, Ntinda, Kampala
- The deadline for submission is 30th June 2023
- All submissions must be clearly labeled; SUBMISSION FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF PROVISION OF SERVICES AND PRODUCTS TO CAN-U FOR THE YEAR 2023.
